Great for my teen
My son can swallow these, so thats great as I hope theyre some of the better quality vitamins available.
highly recommended
These are great for teens (there is one for girls as well). After lots of research, these have all that I was looking for to supplement teens diets particularly through the winter months or when we are on holiday and the meals are less healthy! They are quite large tablets but neither of my teens have had any problems taking them.
Too Large
Bought these for my son to have during his final A Level exams and then to take to university to get through those first months of stress and poor meal choices! Unfortunately he just couldnt swallow them. I know a lot of people have a thing about large tablets and hes clearly one of them. Sadly most companies assume when you are an adult you dont need a chewy vitamin tablet - well you do - so the search goes on for something else. Its a shame we couldnt try them, as we cannot comment on the quality of the product. The irony is hes studying to be a chemical engineer, so as I pointed out to him, perhaps he could go into the pharmaceutical industry and get that changed!!
