Lovely
The best
The best bread I've had in a while lovely toasted with some best butter would recommend
Best white slice tasted in ages
Good traditional bread how it use to be, shame it’s not bigger
Nothing special
Was sent this as a substitution. I do like Warburtons but this is just regular bread - absolutely nothing special about it. Thin sliced white bread not really worth the cost and don't see why its marketed as 'premium', I have very similiar at a much lower price even some own brand 'farmhouse style' loaves. Wouldn't actively buy again.
A marvel of creativity
Should we resign ourselves to the gimmicks of modern marketing or maybe make something of a stand against it? Theres nothing Old English about this other than the label and it barely passes as bread. Have a glance at the ingredients and wonder to yourself if Liquid Concentrated Sponge Extract, palm oil and soya flour are old English. I suppose it ticks the boxes of the Chorleywood process but its not even a good example of that.
