best bread Ive had
Honestly hands down the best bread Ive had
Excellent bread mix.
Very nice bread mix, I always keep a few in the cupboard, nice long sell buy date, I knead 10 minutes speed 1 in my mixer, I also use half milk and half water you get a super soft crumb, rise 1 hr knock back put in loaf pan, 2nd rise 1/2 hour, bake 1/2 hour and you have a beautiful loaf of bread that tates and smells great.
Excellent Mix
Since recently acquiring a bread maker (the mechanical kind, not one’s own personal baker), we have been using these Wright’s mixes and found them to be consistent in creating a loaf that is light in texture with a crust that has a lovely crisp-but-not-too-hard nature about it. They rise well every time, creating a lovely domed top. The taste has been, to date, top drawer on every occasion. Highly recommended.
Lovely results
Haven't made bread for years but put this in my wife's breadmaker first thing this morning which she only ever uses to make dough and the resultant loaf was excellent. Already put another in the basket for next week!
