How to make gyoza dipping sauce
Mix 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp rice vinegar and an optional splash of chilli oil or toasted sesame oil. Adjust according to your preference. Alternatively, try dipping in Yutaka Yuzu Ponzu.
Instructions
1 Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add frozen Yutaka Gyoza, allowing plenty of space between each piece.
2 Sizzle until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly browned. (1 - 2 minutes)
3 While the pan is hot, add 1/2 cup of boiling water. (Be careful of oil splashes!)
4 Cover the pan and cook for a further 4-5 minutes on a low light.
5 When most of the water has evaporated, gently remove the gyoza and serve immediately with gyoza dipping sauce.

Great
We have tried different brands when on offer but they just dont taste the same and we always end up coming back to these. They are the best!
Vegetable (not chicken) dumplings
Lots of green vegetable, not much chicken - rejected by the kids. Will go back to the Itsu chicken dumps.
No good in soup, overpowering chive flavour
Not sure if they've changed the recipe but these don't taste good anymore, too much chive flavour over powers the chicken and pastry.
Great for serving with pre-dinner drinks
I steamed these and, admittedly, only ate one (the others were polished off by greedy guests) but taste/filling was excellent. Maybe not bulging with chicken but taste was more important
There is any chicken but vegetables
Tastes vegetable, and gingerly…..they increased the price by £2 and no chicken in it. Why not call it vegetable gyoza.
all veg
Just tastes of veg and very bland. Nowhere near as good as the Ajinomoto ones
