delicious but sooo expensive!
Very nice and authentic taste, perfect over sushi rice but ohh boy the price its ok for an occasional treat!
Head over eels
Lovely flavoured eels shame they are so expensive but worth it as an occasional treat .Serve them up on a bed of sticky rice and you have a great meal for two . A little fresh or pickled ginger and chopped spring onions works well with this .
eel from China, think twice
There are published information sharing how China breeding eel, think twice. They are different from the eel serviced in Japanese restaurant in Japan. I love this brands product, they are all amazing in general but not the eel.
