  • 200 ml of pineapple juice
  • 100 ml of white rum
  • 200 ml of coconut rum
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 4 maraschino cocktail cherries in syrup
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple

Method

  1. Step 1

    Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Add a load of ice and shake well.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and cocktail cherry on the side of the glass.
