2 tbsp of honey
50 ml of water
150 ml of tonic water

Step 1
Infuse the teabag and honey in 50ml hot water for 10 mins.
Step 2
Strain into a glass of ice. Top with tonic and garnish with a clove-studded lemon wedge.
