Baked Camembert with Gran Luchito Smoked Chilli Honey

Everyone knows honey and cheese is a combo made in heaven. We dolloped some of our Smoked Chilli Honey onto a Camembert before baking it.

  • 1 Camembert, preferably in a wooden box
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced into sticks
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbs Gran Luchito Smoked Chilli Honey
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 1 crusty bread, for dipping


Step 1

This is really easy. Unwrap the camembert and return it to its box.

Step 2

Make a shallow circular incision into the skin and remove it (but keep it!)

Step 3

Poke sticks of garlic and sprigs of rosemary into the Camembert, add a dollop of Gran Luchito Smoked 
Chilli Honey, a small glug of olive oil, salt & pepper.

Step 4

Return the disk of skin loosely.

Step 5

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for about 20 mins (or until sufficiently gooey). Don't over cook it.

Step 6

Slice up your chosen vegetables/fruit and bread and get a dippin'!
