  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 50ml soda water
  • 8 ice cubes


Step 1

Add 25ml fresh lemon juice and 2 tsp caster sugar to a tall glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 2

Add 50ml Bombay Sapphire, fill with ice and stir to chill the liquid, then add more ice.

Step 3

Top up with soda water.

Step 4

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
