Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps thick natural yogurt
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, small and crushed (optional)
  • 1 squeeze lemon, (optional)
  • 100g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp mango chutney
  • 1 handful coriander

Method

Step 1

Start with the cumin yogurt: in a bowl, mix together the natural yogurt, cumin, a pinch of salt, garlic and a squeeze of lemon.

Step 2

Spoon onto 1 ready-to-eat poppadom, top with chickpeas, mango chutney and coriander.
