Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of thick natural yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, small and crushed (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp of cumin
  • 1 squeeze of lemon, (optional)
  • 100 g of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp of mango chutney
  • 1 handful of coriander

Method

  • Step 1

    Start with the cumin yogurt: in a bowl, mix together the natural yogurt, cumin, a pinch of salt, garlic and a squeeze of lemon.
  • Step 2

    Spoon onto 1 ready-to-eat poppadom, top with chickpeas, mango chutney and coriander.
