- Chorizo Peas

Ingredients
- 75g chorizo , sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 400g peas
Method
Step 1
Place a frying pan over a moderate heat, add the chorizo and cook, stirring from time to time, until it starts to release its oil.
Step 2
Add the chopped pepper and continue to cook until the chorizo is crisp in places and the pepper is softened.
Step 3
Cook the peas in boiling water until just tender, then drain thoroughly and add to the pan with chorizo and peppers. Stir to mix and serve.
