Our Own Range carrots, your ‘gimme more’ crunchy Asian slaw. This recipe is the perfect accompaniment to your next lunch or dinner – the simple dressing really makes the most of the fresh and crunchy carrots and cabbage. We’ve used sweet Ocado Own Range carrots, along with shredded red cabbage, fragrant coriander and some thinly-sliced chilli for an extra kick. For those who aren’t keen on spice, just leave out the chillies.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 0.25 red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 0.25 white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, peeled and julienned
- 10 g of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 1 sprinkle of sesame seeds, toasted to serve
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1
Combine the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots, coriander and chilli together in a large bowl.Step 2
Drizzle with white wine vinegar and extra virgin olive and mix together. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds, if you like.
