Quesadillas are quick and easy to make, satisfyingly filled with melted cheese and perfect for a snack or lunch. Our favourite way to enjoy a Quesadilla has to be this easy Quesadilla Recipe with chorizo and onions caramelised with Chipotle Honey.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 60g cooking chorizo, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Honey
- 6 Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
- 150g grated cheddar
- 150g grated gruyere
- 1 jar Gran Luchito Salsa
Method
Step 1
Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the chorizo and onion over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the Chipotle Honey and let it caramelise and crisp up slightly, remove your pan from the heat and reserve.
Step 3
Add the grated cheese and caramelised chorizo onions to the Soft Taco wraps and fold in half.
Step 4
Warm up in a medium heat pan and let the heat do its magic until they are golden brown on both sides and the cheese melts.
Step 5
Serve with Tomatillo Salsa.
