Ingredients
- 1 egg, hard boiled, cooled and sliced
- 1 knob spreadable butter
- 1 squeeze Kalles Kaviar
- 1 small handful peashoots
- 1 tsp chives, freshly chopped
- 1 Leksands Original Rye
Method
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of butter on your crispbread.
Step 2
Place a small amount of pea shoots on the crisp bread before arranging the egg across the top.
Step 3
Top with as much Kalles Kaviar as you want - around 1tbsp.
Step 4
Finish with freshly chopped chives or peashoots.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
