A lovely twist on your regular egg sandwich - with dollops of salty sweet creamed cod roe that may quickly be your new favourite way of eating eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, hard boiled, cooled and sliced
  • 1 knob spreadable butter
  • 1 squeeze Kalles Kaviar
  • 1 small handful peashoots
  • 1 tsp chives, freshly chopped
  • 1 Leksands Original Rye

Method

Step 1

Spread a thin layer of butter on your crispbread.

Step 2

Place a small amount of pea shoots on the crisp bread before arranging the egg across the top.

Step 3

Top with as much Kalles Kaviar as you want - around 1tbsp.

Step 4

Finish with freshly chopped chives or peashoots.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
