Fizzing with Pride Cocktail

Loosely based on a pornstar martini but not so sweet, our Fizzing with Pride cocktail uses gin instead of vodka – plus tonic for those all-important bubbles that make this great for a special occasion. Passion fruit syrup is available from Ocado and is a brilliant staple for cocktails, desserts and baking.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 60 ml of gin
- 25 ml of passion fruit syrup
- 50 ml of lemon juice
- 100 ml of tonic water, to top up
- 1 passion fruit, halved, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Fill 2 tall glasses with ice.Step 2
Combine the gin, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with another handful of ice; shake for 10 secs until the shaker is cold to the touch.Step 3
Strain into the glasses and top up with tonic. Garnish each with half a passion fruit and serve.
