Crafting your own home-made granola has never been so simple. Delicious wholegrain Quaker Oats form the foundation of this crunchy granola that’s bejewelled with tasty nuts, seeds and dried fruits.

Ingredients

  • 200g Quaker oats
  • 50ml rapeseed oil
  • 40ml runny honey
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g chopped walnuts
  • 75g raisins
  • 75g dried cranberries

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Step 2

Mix everything together in a large bowl except the dried fruit.

Step 3

Spread mixture evenly in a large roasting tin.

Step 4

Bake for 30-35 minutes but take out and turn over mixture every 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

Allow to cool then mix through the dried fruit.

Step 6

Store in airtight container
