Ingredients
- 6 tbsp rolled jumbo oats
- 3 tbsp wholegrain flour
- 6 tsp unrefined brown sugar
- 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 pears, peeled and chopped
- 200g blueberries
- 1 tub greek yoghurt, to serve
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Mix the oats, flour, sugar, coconut flakes and salt in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and rub until it looks like breadcrumbs. Spoon the fruit into ovenproof bowls; sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake for 20-30 until golden. Cover loosely with foil if it browns too quickly. Serve with yoghurt.
