Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cayenne Pepper Balsamic Glaze

Try this spicy version of an all-time favourite main dish. Easy to prepare and a success with the kids.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 drizzle Villa Modena Balsamic Glaze , to taste

Method

Step 1

Preheat an outdoor grill to a medium to high heat, and lightly oil the grate (if cooking indoor you could use a griddle pan).

Step 2

Dip the chicken in the lemon juice and sprinkle with the pepper, salt and parsley. Discard any remaining lemon juice.

Step 3

Grill for 10 to 15 minutes per side, on until no longer pink, and the juices run clear.

Step 4

Drizzle the Villa Modena Balsamic Glaze on the chicken breasts to taste and serve with salad, crusty bread or your favourite vegetables.
