Give salmon a tangy flavour kick with this grilled OLD BAY lemon salmon recipe. Ready in less than 20 minutes, it’s a perfect midweek meal that’s packed with flavour. The brush-on marinade is a punchy combination of OLD BAY and fresh lemon juice, that you’ll return to time and time again. A great value, nutritious meal we suggest serving with a crispy green salad or some steamed vegetables. And, if you’re in the mood, a cold glass of white wine.

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 450g salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp OLD BAY seasoning


Step 1

Mix the juice and oil in a small bowl, and brush onto the salmon. Sprinkle salmon evenly with OLD BAY seasoning.

Step 2

Grill the salmon over medium-high heat 5-6 mins per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 3

Sprinkle with additional OLD BAY, if desired.
