Honey & Balsamic Bruschetta

This quick and easy bruschetta recipe is perfect as a quick lunch or even as appetiser that will impress any dinner guest.

  • 1 Ciabatta, (cut into 4 slices)
  • 20 Cherry tomatoes, (Halved)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, (Chopped)
  • 100ml Mary Berry’s Honey & Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 sprinkling Fresh Basil Leaves


Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 190°C

Step 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray.

Step 3

Chop the garlic and scatter over the cherry tomatoes, along with the vinaigrette.

Step 4

Slow roast for about 30 minutes or until softened.

Step 5

In the meantime, cut the ciabatta and toast until golden brown.

Step 6

Spoon the tomatoes onto the toasted ciabatta along with any leftover juices then scatter with fresh basil.
