Ingredients
- 4 white pittas, torn into bite size pieces
- 1.5 tbsp of clear honey
- 1.5 tbsp of rose harissa paste
- 250 g of camembert
- 1 handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas 4. Add the honey and harissa to a bowl. Mix to combine.Step 2
Cut a disc about 5cm wide out of the centre of the camembert, leaving a layer on the bottom. Place it back in its wooden base (or ramekin), making sure there is no plastic attached.Step 3
Spoon the harissa and honey mixture into the middle of the camembert, then place the extra circle of camembert on top. Bake for 20 mins.Step 4
Add a little olive oil to a frying pan and add the torn pitta. Fry gently for 5 mins until the pitta is crispy, turning occasionally to ensure they cook evenly. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and parsley, then set aside.Step 5
Remove the camembert from the oven and dunk.
