- 50ml coconut rum (we used Koko Kanu Jamaican Coconut Rum)
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 1 pinch nutmeg, grated or ground

Step 1
Shake the rum and pineapple juice on ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
