You'll ideally need a cocktail shaker to make this recipe – if you don't have one, mixing the ingredients in a travel coffee cup or jam jar is a good substitute!

Ingredients

  • 50ml coconut rum (we used Koko Kanu Jamaican Coconut Rum)
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, grated or ground

Method

Step 1

Shake the rum and pineapple juice on ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
