A simple yet mouthwatering pasta dish that makes the perfect mid-week supper.

  • 350g linguine
  • 200g crab meat, ready-cooked
  • 1 red chilli
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice


Step 1

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the linguine and cook according to packet instructions, until al dente.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, gently fry the garlic and chilli with the olive oil in a frying pan, until the garlic begins to turn golden. Add the crab meat and stir until it has warmed through.

Step 3

At this point your pasta should be ready. Drain the pasta and add to the pan containing the crab. Add the parsley and stir until the pasta and sauce are thoroughly combined. Finally, season with pepper and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately.
