- Linguine with oven-baked puttanesca…

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Ocado Gold 12 angus beef meatballs
- 1 Lloyd grossman puttanesca pasta sauce
- 250g linguine
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil, to serve
- 1 small handful fresh basil, to serve
- 1 small handful parmesan, to serve
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. In a shallow casserole dish, add the oil and meatballs and put in the oven for 10 mins.
Step 2
Remove the casserole dish and add the sauce. Stir and return to the oven for 5 mins.
Step 3
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to pack instructions and drain.
Step 4
Remove the meatballs from the oven and add the pasta, tossing everything together well before serving. Drizzle over a glug of extra virgin olive oil and scatter a handful of fresh basil and some freshly grated parmesan if you like.
