Smoothie bowls are a great breakfast alternative. Swapping your smoothie from a glass to a bowl means you’ll also have more surface area to top your smoothie with fresh fruit, nut butters and granola.

  • 200g frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp Meridian Cashew Butter, plus a drizzle to serve
  • 150ml almond milk, or cashew milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful fresh berries, to serve
  • 1 Handful granola, to serve


Step 1

Put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender, liquidiser or nutribullet and whizz until smooth.

Step 2

Tip into a bowl and top with berries and scatter with a handful of granola. Drizzle over a little extra cashew butter and serve.
