For a quick and easy light lunch, these mini chicken naans are perfect.

  • 100g Sliced cooked chicken
  • 50ml Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing
  • 2 Mini naan breads
  • 50g Cheddar Cheese, (Grated)


Step 1

Pre-heat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Coat sliced cooked chicken with Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing.

Step 3

Place the chicken over the naan breads and scatter over the grated cheese.

Step 4

Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and golden.

Step 5

Scatter with fresh coriander and serve.
