Ingredients
- 50ml Captain Morgan
- 130ml Schweppes Ginger Ale
- 20ml lime juice
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 7 cranberries, plus 2 cranberries to garnish
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 6 leaves fresh mint, plus a sprig to garnish
Method
Step 1
At the bottom of the glass, muddle the sugar, ginger, 6-8 cranberries and 5-6 mint leaves.
Step 2
Add crushed ice to the glass, make sure to fill it up to the top.
Step 3
Pour over the lime and 50ml Captain Morgan.
Step 4
Churn with a spoon or even a fork to combine all the ingredients and dissolve the sugar.
Step 5
Once the glass is frosted, pour in Schweppes Ginger Ale.
Step 6
Garnish with a mint sprig and a couple cranberries.
Step 7
PRO: Add a dash of mandarin liqueur to spice up your mojito! Best served in a highball glass.
