Ingredients

  • 40 g of quaker oats
  • 100 ml of semi skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 medium of banana, half

Method

  • Step 1

    In the jar mix the oats and milk together.
  • Step 2

    Top with peanut butter and banana.
  • Step 3

    Store the jar in the fridge (under 5 degrees) to chill for a minimum 2 and maximum 12 hours.
  • Step 4

    The magic happens overnight!
  • Step 5

    In the morning remove jar from the fridge and enjoy.
