  • 1 whole pineapple, skin removed and cut into chunky fingers
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 75ml Maple syrup
  • 100g Anchor block butter
  • 1 Anchor squirty cream, (optional, to serve)
  • 1 Grated chocolate, (optional, to serve)

Recipe tips / Prepare ahead

Remove skin of pineapple and cut into chunky fingers.

Step 1

Just because the coals are dying out doesn't mean the BBQ is over! Pop a skillet/griddle pan on the BBQ to heat up.

Step 2

Add your Anchor butter, cinnamon and maple syrup to the pan and let it melt while giving it a good stir.

Step 3

Add your sliced pineapple fingers to the melted sauce and cook for 8-10 mins until golden. Flip them halfway through to fully coat with the sticky sauce.

Step 4

Once cooked, plate up the pineapple fingers. Drizzle over any leftover sticky sauce and serve with Anchor squirty cream and chocolate.
