Ingredients

  • 100g potato peelings
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsps fine salt

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C/1800°C fan/gas 6. In a bowl, mix together the peelings, oil and salt until everything is well coated. Feel free to add more flavourings, such as smoked paprika, garlic powder or ras el hanout, perhaps.

Step 2

Spread out in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 mins or until crisp and golden, turning once half way through. Allow to cool before serving.
