Rudolph's Cranberry Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 300g cranberries
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 bottle elderflower presse
  • 8 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 8 cloves

Method

Step 1

Heat the cranberries, 100ml water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Step 2

Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.

Step 3

Prepare the Rudolph heads using the marshmallows. Insert two cloves as eyes, two rosemary sprigs as antlers, and use half a cocktail stick to fix a cranberry nose.

Step 4

Add two tablespoons of syrup, extra crushed rosemary and ice in each glass. Top up with sparkling elderflower presse.

Step 5

Place Rudolph in glass to decorate.
