A refreshing, non-alcoholic apple cocktail that pays homage to the English countryside. Featuring unfiltered apple juice and Seedlip Garden, which has a floral blend of peas and hay, it’s a delicious drink that looks pretty, too. Serve in a chilled highball glass with a fan of apple for the perfect apéritif.

Ingredients
- 60ml Seedlip Garden 108
- 30ml Unfiltered apple juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- 90ml Soda Water
- 1 Apple
- 1 Cocktail Stick
Method
Step 1
To make the apple fan garnish, slice half-moons of apple and join them together with a cocktail stick.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 3
Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass
Step 4
Add fresh ice and top up with soda water.
Step 5
Garnish with the apple fan.
