A simple to pull together cocktail using the Cardamom & All spice berries found in Spice 94. The blackcurrant cordial is a great winter flavour making it the perfect drink for the dark and frosty evening's

Ingredients

  • 50ml Seedlip Spice 94
  • 25ml Blackcurrant Cordial
  • 25ml Cawston fizzy apple
  • 1 lemon zest

Method

Step 1

Fill a highball glass full of ice

Step 2

Mix the Seedlip Spice 94 and the blackcurrant cordial and top with cawston fizzy apple

Step 3

Finally, garnish with large lemon zest
