Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 100g green beans
  • 150ml Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 spring onions , chopped

Recipe tips / Prepare ahead

You will need baking paper, folded into a parcel shape for this recipe.

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the salmon fillets and green beans into the baking paper, making a bag/parcel shape.

Step 2

Cover the fish with the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce and the chopped spring onions.

Step 3

Tie the bag, place it on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Carefully open the bag as the steam will be hot, and pour the contents onto two plates. This tastes great with parboiled new potatoes or penne pasta and a dollop of cream cheese.
