Whip up our indulgent Tiramisu Custard Pudding in just 10 minutes – serve straight away or get ahead and make this with your morning coffee. You can also use this recipe as a base and switch in your favourite flavours – try chocolate sauce and vanilla extract instead of coffee and liqueur for a family friendly version if you like. Serve with extra chocolates and sponge fingers to dunk.

  • 300ml double cream
  • 400g tin ready-made custard
  • 50ml espresso, cooled
  • 50ml coffee liqueur
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 sponge fingers
  • 6 Guylian chocolates


Step 1

Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl and whisk to form stiff peaks.

Step 2

Gradually add the custard, whisking to medium peaks between each addition.

Step 3

Pour in the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur then whisk again to combine.

Step 4

Spoon into 6 serving glasses or bowls, sieve over a little cocoa powder, crumble over the sponge fingers and top with a chocolate to serve.

Tips or serving suggestions

Spoon into glasses then cover and chill up to a day ahead. When you’re ready to serve, dust with cocoa, crumble over sponge fingers and top with chocolates.
