The Tofoo Co Oriental Cubed works best in this yummy tofu stir fry alongside Tenderstem broccoli, onion garlic and ginger. Don’t forget to add a good slosh of soy sauce and whack in noodles of your choosing to finish everything off nicely for a quick and easy, but very tasty, meal.

  • 160g tofoo
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 150g tenderstem broccoli
  • 150g noodles


Step 1

Toss the tofu with the soy sauce, mirin, ginger and garlic.

Step 2

Heat the sunflower oil in a non-stick pan or wok and fry the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, add the red onion and broccoli. Toss well and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.

Step 3

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Step 4

Toss in the noodles and heat through for 2 minutes.
