A light and easy summer lunch idea.

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 3 Heaped tbsp Kalamata olives
  • 1 red onion , thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp Greek style dressing
  • 1 cucumber , diced
  • 10g fresh oregano , roughly chopped
  • 15 cherry tomatoes , halved


Step 1

Cube or crumble the cheese, and place in a large salad bowl with the sliced red onions diced cucumber and halved tomatoes.

Step 2

Drizzle over enough Greek style dressing to coat the salad and mix gently. Sprinkle over the olives and the roughly chopped oregano. Serve.
