Vegetable Tortellini with Arrabbiata Sauce

  • 250g Mr Organic Vegetable Tortellini
  • 250g Mattarello Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 50g Violife Non-Dairy Cheese Alternative Prosociano, (to serve)
  • 1 sprinkling basil leaves, to serve


Step 1

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the vegetable tortellini. Cook for 12-15 mins until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.

Step 2

Place the pan on a low heat and add the arrabbiata sauce. Stir to coat and cook for 1 min until the sauce is hot through.

Step 3

Divide between two bowls and top with lots of grated cheese, some black pepper and basil leaves, if liked.
