- 250g Mr Organic Vegetable Tortellini
- 250g Mattarello Arrabbiata Sauce
- 50g Violife Non-Dairy Cheese Alternative Prosociano, (to serve)
- 1 sprinkling basil leaves, to serve
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the vegetable tortellini. Cook for 12-15 mins until al dente. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.
Place the pan on a low heat and add the arrabbiata sauce. Stir to coat and cook for 1 min until the sauce is hot through.
Divide between two bowls and top with lots of grated cheese, some black pepper and basil leaves, if liked.
