These use crispy wholemeal pittas topped with sweet onion chutney, creamy mozzarella and juicy semi-dried tomatoes to make a speedy supper or lunch for everyone in the family. You can use this handy pizza base for any number of tasty creations.   • 6 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted
  • 2 (125g) mozzarella balls, sliced
  • 6 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
  • 140g semi-dried cherry tomatoes
  • 10g basil leaves


Step 1

Set the grill to medium. Spread each toasted pitta with 1 tbsp chutney, top with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Step 2

Grill under a medium heat until melted and crisp.

Step 3

Scatter with basil leaves and slice to serve.
