Lisa Roukin is a professional cookery teacher and chef with a classical cookery qualification from the Cordon Bleu institute. After studying Italian, Japanese, Indian and Mediterranean cuisines abroad, Lisa returned to these shores to embrace the position of banqueting manager in some of London’s finest restaurants including Mirabelle, L'Escargot and Quo Vadis. Nowadays, Lisa has moved her cooking utensils out of the kitchen’s of the plush London establishments and into her clients kitchen’s instead! She is passionate about helping you create fabulous, healthy food without skimping one iota on taste! Lisa teaches both adults and children to cook together in their own homes in an easy, practical and accessible way – you will be creating fabulous food to share with your loved ones and having much fun in the process! Lisa believes that cooking is not only an art form and a wonderful creative outlet, but also a great way to bring all the family working together in the heart of the home. Lisa looks forward to contributing in this space and will provide children’s recipes and gluten free recipes for both adults and children.
