Prepare the mangoes and passion fruit.

Heat 4 ready-made sweet waffles according to pack instructions and plate up separately.

Layer each one with a spoonful of dairy-free coconut yogurt, a few mango slices and the pulp of half a passion fruit.

Drizzle with a little maple syrup and sprinkle over a few toasted coconut flakes (optional).
