First, make your super fruit syrup. Combine 500ml water and 500g sugar in a saucepan. Simmer and stir just until sugar is dissolved. Add 3-4 tea temples and rest until room temperature (about 30 minutes). Remove tea temples. Bottle and refrigerate for use.

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and squeeze orange, lemon and grapefruit wedges in to the shaker.

Add gin and the superfruit tea syrup you made earlier.

Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

- 2 wedges lemon
- 2 wedges orange
- 1 wedge grapefruit
- 500g sugar
- 3 super fruit tea temples
