Sea Bream with Meridian Almond Butter, Chilli & Lime Crust

Liven up your midweek meals with this fish supper using Meridian Almond Butter. A quick and easy recipe which is also a great source of omega 3.


Instructions

    Heat the oven to 180C/ 160C fan/ Gas 4. Lightly oil a baking sheet or oven dish and lay the fish on and season lightly.

    Beat together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with 2tbsp of hot water. Spread onto each fish fillet.

    Bake for 15-20 mins until the fish is cooked through. Serve with an extra squeeze of lime and coriander leaves.


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Meridian Almond Butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 4 fillets sea bream, skinless & boneless
  • 1 chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 limes, zest & juice of 1 lime and extra to serve
  • 1 small bunch fresh coriander, to serve
