Coconut, Mango and Banana Smoothies
This is a great dairy free smoothie; I am obsessed by natural coconut juice. It is great for rehydrating; it’s low calorie and has a touch of sweetness. Here I have blitzed it with banana and mango for a sunshine breakfast. It’s super quick to make and will go towards your 5 a day.

- 300ml natural coconut juice, like Vita Coco
- 1 ripe mango
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 lime

- Preparation time:
- Peel and roughly chop the mango and bananas.
- Place the fruit and the coconut juice into a blender and blitz until smooth, then add the lime to taste and serve!
