Preheat the oven to gas mark ½/120°C/fan oven 100°C.
Whisk 3 egg whites in a clean, dry bowl with an electric whisk until soft peaks form.
Whisk in 180g (6oz) caster sugar, a tablespoonful at a time, until the meringue is thick, stiff and glossy.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and drop the meringue onto the parchment to form 6 rounds.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. When cold, arrange on 6 serving plates.
Stir together 1 x 100g pot Weight Watchers Forest Fruits Layered Fromage Frais, 1 x 100g pot Weight Watchers Raspberry Layered Fromage Frais and 75g (2¾oz) 0% fat Greek yogurt.
Spoon over the meringues.
Arrange 200g (7oz) mixed forest fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, red currants and blackberries, over the formage frais and dust the 6 pavlovas with ½ tsp icing sugar to serve.
