Barbora Stiess is the culinary guru behind the Kitchen Academy and has engineered a range of user-friendly cookery classes to bridge the gap between home cooking and fine dining. Barbora’s study at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and subsequent training under Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines gives her access to the most rigorous and advanced of culinary techniques, while her commitment to domestic cooking puts her squarely in touch with the realities, aspirations and challenges of students who simply want to cook well at home.
