Arthur Potts Dawson
Arthur Potts Dawson opened London’s Acorn House in 2006 as an eco-restaurant, following the ethos ‘reduce, recycle and reuse’. Before that he trained with the Roux brothers, going on to work with renowned chefs Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Jamie Oliver. His recipes are inspired by both British and Mediterranean cooking, with an emphasis on produce and seasonality.
