To be eligible for this discount you need to be covered on a VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan, a VitalityHealth Business or Corporate Healthcare plan with Vitality Plus or a VitalityLife plan with Vitality Optimiser, and have completed your Health Review on the Member Zone.

This offer is only available to principal members aged 18 or over.

The award of Vitality points is the responsibility of Vitality only and is not promoted by Ocado. Your Vitality food spend month will run from the first day of the month to midnight on the last day of the month (eg January 1st — January 31st).

If you have one adult on the plan you will need to have earned at least 40 Vitality activity points in the previous month to qualify for the Vitality healthy food discount. If you have two or more adults on the plan then you'll need to have earned at least 60 Vitality activity points in the previous month. The discount level you receive will be based on your Vitality status on the day that you place an Ocado order that contains Vitality food.

The Vitality discount will only be applied to orders of £40 or more. To qualify for free delivery, the total value of your order must be £40 or more before the Vitality discount is applied, and 30% of your total food and drink spend must be Vitality food, otherwise the Ocado standard delivery charges will apply. 'Food and drink' is anything sold at Ocado that is edible, excluding: baby products; sports nutrition products; medicinal capsules and tablets; vitamins and supplements.

Free delivery will not be available over the Christmas period. The Christmas period is from 20th — 24th December.

The discount applies to a maximum monthly spend on Vitality food of £100 for individual plans and £200 for plans with two or more adults. If the benefit is unused in a given month, the balance cannot be carried over into further months.

Vitality points will be awarded based on one point per £2 spent on Vitality food up to a maximum monthly value of 50 points for individual plans and 100 points for plans with two or more adults.

Only the principal member on the plan will be able to link their Vitality account to Ocado and claim the Ocado Vitality food benefit.

Vitality activity points earned through any partner or device accepted by Vitality will be taken into account when calculating your monthly Vitality food allowance and discount.

Your registered Ocado account must be current, valid, issued in your name and for personal use only. Vitality reserves the right to cancel or refuse the registration of your Ocado account with Vitality and to deduct any Vitality points previously awarded under this offer if Vitality reasonably believes you have knowingly registered another person's Ocado account or provided false or misleading information to Ocado, or are attempting to do so.

You agree that, in order to award you Vitality points, Vitality and Ocado will exchange information regarding your Ocado account and any purchases of eligible products you make from Ocado.

Ocado vouchers and existing offers will be accepted in conjunction with the Vitality discount. Smart Pass and promotions (eg 2 for 1) will be added before the Vitality discount, any coupons will be added after the Vitality discount.

In the event that your Vitality plan or employer's medical health scheme is cancelled or you withdraw from your employer's medical health scheme before the eve of your plan renewal date or scheme's anniversary, you will not be entitled to any Vitality points or Vitality food allowance for purchases of eligible products after your cover has ceased.

This benefit cannot be used by non-Vitality members. Passing on your discount to non-members is considered Fraud and your Vitality benefits may be withdrawn.

This offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

Vitality free delivery does not apply for Christmas slots (20th — 24th December).

Products newly added to the Ocado catalogue may take up to five weeks to be confirmed as 'Vitality food', meaning the Vitality discount may not be applied to them initially.

To calculate your Vitality discount, limited personal information is shared between Ocado and Vitality (specifically: the value of your order and the value of Vitality food in your order). This is in line with our Privacy Policy: at all times where we use or disclose your information it will remain secure.

Business account customers are not eligible to receive Vitality free delivery for their Ocado shopping, but are eligble for the Vitality discount.
