What is the minimum order value?

Your order must be greater than £40.

Is there a delivery charge?

You may find that some delivery slots in your area have a Picking, Packing and Delivery Charge

• This charge may vary based upon the delivery address and depending on the day and time of the slot
• Charges can change from week to week, relative to demand
• If your order is greater than £75 we may offer free delivery on quieter slots
• Orders of less than £75 may be subject to slightly higher charges, which may also vary by time and by day

What payment methods do you accept?

• Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Switch, American Express, John Lewis and Waitrose account cards
• Not accepted: Solo, Electron, Cash or Cheques

For the security of our Customer Service Delivery person, we cannot accept cash or cheques.
