Meatballs: stir the meat, eggs and oats well until they have a firm texture.
Pour the milk in bit by bit, make sure the mixture does not get too thin (if this happens put some more oats in.)
Heat up a frying pan and melt a bit of butter, put the meatballs on the pan and make sure you use a spoon to pour the butter over them. Fry over a low heat.
Potato salad: boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then cut them in small pieces.
Use yoghurt or crème fraiche to make the sauce – stir a bit of mustard and salt and pepper in, to your taste. Serve cold.
